Принцип анализа в зависимости от назначенного лечения, ITT-принцип
Принцип, утверждающий, что эффект конкретного подхода к лечению может быть оценен наилучшим образом при распределении пациентов на группы по назначенному (т.е. планируемому) лечению, а не по тому, какое лечение пациент действительно получал. Следуя этому принципу, пациентов, включенных в конкретную исследуемую группу, должны наблюдать, оценивать и анализировать как членов этой группы, независимо от того, следовали ли они запланированному лечению.
